“Three ballrooms, 1,100 people, one show caller who never raised her voice. Our CEO asked who we used before he left the stage.”

Story
Two ship techs and a box truck
Odalys Delacroix lit main-stage shows on cruise ships out of Port Canaveral for eight years, then started Tallwire Productions in 2011 with one box truck and forty par cans. Gus Brannigan mixed the same ships' main stages and came in as partner in 2013 — he runs everything you hear. Today we are 24 people full time, out of a 22,000-square-foot warehouse in Orlando.
One of our crew chiefs is on site from load-in to the last case on the truck — one person who knows your show.
Every outdoor stage gets a written wind plan and a lightning watch. We hold the show if a strike is within 8 miles.
Backup mics and a spare console ride on every truck, so a dead pack is a thirty-second swap.
Family-owned and operated, licensed and insured, with our own certified riggers on every hang.
Process
Four steps to showtime
The same producer stays with you from the first call to the strike, so nobody asks you the same question twice.
01
30 minutes
The call and walk-through
Tell us the date, the room and the crowd. We walk the venue with you — free anywhere in Orange, Seminole and Osceola counties.
02
3 business days
Quote and CAD plot
A written, all-in quote with a drawing of the room: where the stage, the screens, the speakers and the tables go.
03
The day before
Load-in and rehearsal
We build, focus and sound-check, then rehearse with your presenters or your band until the cues are clean.
04
Show night
Show and strike
A crew chief on headset from doors to the last cue. We strike the same night and leave the room the way we found it.

Questions
Before load-in
Something else? Call or text (407) 555-0137 and a producer picks up.
Call or text us
How far ahead should we book?
Fall and spring Saturdays go first — book three to six months out for those. For a weekday ballroom, two to four weeks is usually enough, and we have turned around shows in 48 hours.
The venue has its own AV. Can you still work there?
Yes. Most hotels and resorts allow outside production; some charge a patch or power fee, and we tell you about it in the quote, not after.
What happens if a storm rolls in outdoors?
Every outdoor stage has a written wind plan and someone watching the radar. If lightning is within 8 miles we hold the show, cover the gear and go back on when it is clear.
Do we need to provide power?
Indoors we tie into the venue's power. Outdoors we bring quiet generators and run the cable ourselves; it is in the package price.
How do deposits and payment work?
A 50% deposit holds your date and the balance is due a week before load-in. Quotes are all-in, with no surprise labor lines afterward.
